TASTE Council Summer School
The objective of the ‘Food Summer School’ was to discuss and stimulate lively debate on the current contribution of the artisan and speciality food producer and to look to the future of the sector.
It was envisaged that the ‘Food Summer School’ would become an annual event in the calendars of all those with an involvement and interest in the artisan food sector.
The three key themes of the day were:
-the potential of the traditional Irish fram
-artisan sector and the education system
-the artisan industry and Brand Ireland
